This is a hybrid class fuses ,pilayes ,yoga, Mobility into a great body and mind synergy .
Strengthen overall muscles ,improve Range of motion.
Chair Dynamics:
Inclusive Mobility exercises and easy dance moves for all ages and fitness levels
Using chair, yoga blocks, free weights as a prop
